The impact of fake TL

What is the Impact of fack TL
New comers/ new executive went against us. Why they went against us because they got know we are also executive among them,then why our behaviour different, why we forcing them for claims, when a Ar forcing other Ar for claims it is not good behaviour, they will not follow them, they feel jealous, think about yourself, can a SME or Ar force you for claim and what you feel about such company.
Strategy of fake TL.. it should be informed others or announced over the floor so that everybody should know that you are a TL only in that case other will follow you and you will be able to give them instructions.

We got Hypnotize/ we got blind in the race of fake TL.
We became blind in the race of fake Tl we forget the behavor of a executive to other executive, it should be 20 to 25 claims each not more than that, we should make fun, and should be a chil bheavour if you want to run a company with good atmosphear.
